Advanced Practice Registered Nurses / Physician Assistants
Due to growth with our practice in Little Rock, AR, another NNP is needed to complement our team of 3 NNPs and 6 neonatologists at Baptist Health Medical Center.
Our well-established neonatology practice provides care to infants in our 65-bed, Level-III NICU with 3,600 deliveries annually and has average daily census of 54
The NNPs provide in-house coverage in either 10, 14 or 24-hour shifts scheduled in a four week rotation
NNPs are responsible for caring for critically ill neonates, procedures, admissions and attending high-risk deliveries
Services provided include high-frequency ventilation and nitric oxide and whole body cooling
There is collaborative support from the neonatologists and sub-specialty colleagues
The practice has a vigorous outreach program and receive both neonatal and maternal transports from a 150 mile radius
