Well established private practice Pediatric group is seeking a happy & energetic certified PNP or FNP to work in established practice with 3 PNPs, 4 MD’s, Full time position with very competitive salary and benefit package. Imagine less than a 15-minute commute to work and mountain adventures that are less than 20 minutes from home. We will consider newly trained or experienced candidates. Easy access to International Airport (40 mins) and all the activities of the Pacific Northwest. PNPs are always under direct supervision and are well established and accepted by our patients. The PNP will independently see and treat children from birth to age 18 in outpatient setting (history taking, physical exams, and clinical decision making)
Rotate as on-call provider (telephone calls only)
Provide patient and parent education
Some evening and Saturday clinics required (equally shared between all providers)
Ability to function as independent provider
Knowledge of medications and their correct administration based on age of the patient
Ability to manage and operate equipment safely and correctly
Experience with caring for children in a primary care setting
Ability to function and communicate with other staff
Able to work efficiently within an EHR system (We use Greenway Intergy)
Current RN and PNP license
Additional Salary Information: Depends on experience. Production incentive.
