The Executive Director directs and manages the Foundation’s program, special events, assets, donor base and the daily activities of the Foundation. This includes developing and implementing short-and long-range goals and strategic plans, raising capital and operating funds and providing leadership and management to Community Hospital, the Board of Directors, Medical Staff and staff members. The Executive Director must adhere to the confidentially policy regarding hospital, Foundation and donor issues. The Executive Director must cultivate cooperative working partnerships with the Board of Directors for Community Hospital and Community Hospital Health Foundation, donors, volunteers, citizens, corporations, educational institutions, government and private agencies and other Foundations partners.
Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years relevant experience required, 7-10 years preferred, including working at a senior level of management. CFRE preferred.
