Reporting to the Administrator the Accounting and Finance Manager will manage accounting, finance, and revenue cycle for a multi-site surgical practice in the Pacific Northwest.
The Accounting and Finance Manager will manage the following areas:
Weekly processing of cash receipts and recording of revenue
Budgeting and forecasting
Business planning and financial pro-forma preparation
Prepare and process provider compensation
Bank account management
Review financial reports, monitor accounts and prepare activity reports and financial forecasts
Prepare detailed revenue analysis, reconciliations and budget variance reports.
Perform month end close tasks associated with revenue including the preparation of various reconciliations, revenue journal entries and revenue analysis.
Create financial statements and reportsThe successful candidate will be comfortable and experienced managing the above efforts in an organization with a high degree of autonomy.

Required Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor Degree in accounting or finance, business or related field or equivalent required. Three to five years’ experience in a similar role with another medical practice or similar business environment. Knowledge of QuickBooks required. Must have the ability to work in a fast paced environment, have strong interpersonal skills, have a high attention to detail, be able to multi-task, and must be willing to learn practice information system.
