A professional who assesses, plans, implements, coordinates, monitors and evaluates information and select processes including contract management and coordination, property, professional and paraprofessional insurance, capital acquisitions and regulatory licensure processes. Associate collaborates with senior leaders, department managers, physicians and front-line staff to effect change for improvement. Associate is able to meet individual needs using communications, software, and available resources to promote accurate, cost-effective customer service.
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
Highly accurate, detail and multi-task oriented, self-motivated with good follow-through
Ability to interact with multiple layers of the organization while maintaining confidentiality
Minimum of 3 years' experience in professional office setting with demonstration of increasing responsibility. Experience in healthcare field a plus.
Experience with project management
Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office and various web-based programs.
