Established organization in the Denver Tech Center seeks an experienced and well-organized Sales Coordinator to support a seasoned sales team in the health care industry. The successful candidate will be a central point of contact for colleagues, clients and business partners alike, by keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation and information.
The goal is to facilitate the team’s activities to maximize their performance and the solid and long-lasting development of the organization.
Coordinate sales efforts by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information while maintaining confidentiality
Ensure the accuracy of sales-related material and presentations
Respond to inquiries and provide support when requested
Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
Work closely with accounting to ensure accuracy and timeliness of billing.
Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material
Assist in event and meeting coordination
Ensure adherence to laws and policies
Excellent MS Office skills
Ability to take accurate meeting notes and develop PowerPoint presentations
Highly-organized, reliable and responsible
Aptitude for problem-solving
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work independently
Strong work ethic
Ability to interface with clients and business partners at the executive level
Experience in a sales coordinator or administrative role desired. Knowledge or interest in the health care industry is a plus. Bachelor's degree preferred.
