JOB SUMMARY: Assists in planning, coordinating and executing programs with some guidance.
Expectations with limited guidance:
Assist in planning, implementing, evaluating and improving culture and engagement events – including leadership assembly, recognition events, orientations
Assist in creating budget for culture and engagement events; manage expenses of programs/events in relations to budget; process payments. Report regularly on status.
Assist in creating and updating communication inducing websites, emails and invitations. Partnering with other communications teams to ensure appropriate timing and placement of communication.
Must have and demonstrate excellent customer skills in all situations; models exceptional credo behavior

Actively seeks and recommends improvement in quality and efficiency
Very detail orientated – monitors for accuracy
