Memorial Healthcare System and Atlantic Coast Health Network (ACHN) are seeking a physician leader to oversee its established and growing regional Clinically Integrated Network (CIN). ACHN was formed in 2015 as a collaboration between Holy Cross Hospital and Memorial Healthcare System with a vision of being a nationally recognized, high-performing team of providers, serving as a destination of choice for high-value, people-centered healthcare for the residents of South Florida. The regional CIN now collectively includes more than 1,650 physicians and manages over 160,000 patients. The selected candidate should have either an MD or DO degree and have proven leadership and population health management experience. The Medical Director will participate in current and future clinical strategies, standardization of best practices among providers in the network, and initiative development and implementation as they relate to the further advancement of network goals and objectives. Additional duties will include population health education, network growth, and medical leadership over care and utilization management.
A Memorial representative from our recruitment division will be in attendance at the upcoming PracticeMatch Virtual Career Fair (nationwide event) on May 8, 2018. Please stop by our virtual booth to learn more about the open opportunities with Memorial Healthcare System.
