Three Rivers provides psychiatric, detoxification/rehabilitation, and dual diagnosis treatment through inpatient services for adolescents, adults and senior adults. Our outpatient services include a Partial Hospitalization Program offering psychiatric day treatment for adults and seniors and an Adult Chemical Dependency Intensive Outpatient Treatment Program offering day and evening sessions. Three Rivers Behavioral Health currently has an LPN Full Time position available on evening shift (3:00 p.m. - 11:30 p.m.). Responsibilities: The LPN is responsible for delivering quality direct patient care to adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients hospitalized for treatment of psychiatric or emotional disorders; supporting the organization and program or unit philosophy of care; ensuring the safety and well-being of each patient. The LPN administers patient medications prescribed by physician per policy and practice; monitors patient for adverse drug reactions; demonstrates knowledge of psychopharmacology; transcribes orders; assists with admissions, discharges, transfers. The LPN supports an organizational culture for Service Excellence and practices the Service Excellence standards to all customer groups.
