Natchez Trace Youth Academy is seeking a dynamic and talented Teacher Assistant to join our team of compassionate, dedicated professionals. Purpose: To provide assistance in organization of the self contained classroom and to assist the teacher with the student assigned to this room. The Teacher Assistant is also responsible for managing the classroom to help maintain a safe, secure and effective learning environment by continuing to provide a high degree of structure, expectations and consistency when substituting in classrooms or tutoring individual students.
