The Meadows Psychiatric Centre is a 117-bed inpatient behavioral healthcare facility with numerous outpatient programs, which span the entire continuum of care. The beautiful 52-acre rural campus is located minutes outside State College in Central Pennsylvania. The Meadows Psychiatric Center provides comprehensive services to children, adolescents and adults. Must communicate effectively with patients and staff and have the ability to work with a multi-disciplinary team and possess good organizational skills. The LPN will be responsible for medication administration, patient care, positive role modeling, documentation of flows, crisis intervention and patient safety.
