The Income Guarantee Analyst a/k/a Physician Receivables Analyst (IGAP) works with IPM Leadership, providers and a host of interdisciplinary workgroups to lead and facilitate all income guarantee physician recipients in respect to payments, collections, and other financial administrative tasks. Works cohesively with Central Business Offices (CBO) and Management Services Organization (MSO). Serves as liaison between physician and hospital in regards to education, onboarding, contract monitoring and other activities as needed.
Essential Job Duties include: - Educates physicians regarding income guarantee protocols and procedures. - Tracks income guarantee physicians throughout their contract. - Monitors and works to resolve issues with legal in addressing contract terms pre and post execution. - Collaborates with physician recruitment, transitions, and hospital C-Suites. - Monitors physician on-boarding process. - Maintains consistent communication with physicians. - Analyzes, creates, and maintains accurate records. - Performs reconciliation and facilitation of payments. - Provides monthly status reports. - Performs other duties as assigned/required.
