Texas NeuroRehab Center (TNC) provides complex medical and brain injury rehab, chemical dependency treatment for adults and neuropsychiatric treatment for youth. The capabilities of the facility as a whole allow for integrated and specialized care for children, adolescents and adults facing difficult challenges.

Texas NeuroRehab Center is currently accepting applications for a PRN Master's Level Therapist in the Child and Adolescent Program.  The candidate selected will be expected to fulfill a variety of responsibilities including, but not limited to, the following:

• Participates in the admission conferences in cooperation with unit Clinical Case Manager and communicates pertinent information to family, payer, and/or external case managers.
• Assists the treatment team in coordination of patient programs and in developing a discharge plan for each patient.
• Maintains an awareness of funding sources needs and status, and assists Clinical Case Manager where necessary.
• Provides psychosocial assessment of patients and consultation regarding treatment issues.
• Provides individual, group, and family therapy as needed.
• Documents all clinical services provided.
• Continuously improves clinical skills.
• Maintains professional demeanor in dress, attitude, support of unit milieu, and hospital mission and philosophy.
• Maintains mandatory training as required of the position.
