Suncoast Behavioral Health Center is a private, acute inpatient psychiatric facility designed to provide quality services in a supportive environment to children, adolescents and adults.
The Hospital is looking for an IS Support Specialist which will provide on-site support for 2 locations. All hospital based IT systems needs include: installs, maintains, troubleshoots and upgrades the hospital's computers, servers, phone and security systems. The IT Support Specialist troubleshoots a variety of technical support problems related to the hospital's technology systems. The IS Support Specialist performs maintenance duties on all computer, phone and security systems.
PRIMARY IT RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain the facility equipment, computer hardware and software, user access and logins.
Ensure that the master files are current.
Preparing manuals and user guide for training purposes and for the use of users.
Troubleshooting day-to-day problems with software and hardware systems and fixing them in a timely manner.
Upgrading the software solutions as well as the hardware systems to solve the problems as and when they arise.
Maintaining, monitoring and coordinating the use and installation of software and hardware components according to company policy.
Continuously working toward improving the performance of the systems.
Working closely with the management and other teams in achieving the organizational goal.
Serves as the facility liaison with Corporate IT.
Assists with special projects.
Provides level of support for phone systems.
Adhere to facility, department, corporate, personnel and standard policies and procedures.
