Responsible for collecting all copays, deductibles, self-pay, co-insurance and all other balances due from patients.  Demonstrates a positive first impression and contributes to lasting professional relationship by the warmth of their greeting and their ability to efficiently manage patient reception.  Demonstrates Service Excellence at all times.  Other duties as assigned.
