The Registered Dietitian-Certified Diabetes Educator is responsible for providing patient education as related to diabetes self-management skills. This position provides diabetes education to both the outpatient and inpatient diabetes population of the hospital. In addition, diabetes education may be delivered at physician practices.

Job Essentials: Three or more years of diabetes education. Experience with The American Diabetes Association national recognition process. Current driver’s license with access to a vehicle.
Education Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Food/Nutrition or related field
