Arrowhead Behavioral Health is seeking a dynamic, professional to add to our Leadership Team.
The Director of Performance Improvement/Risk Management is fully responsible for directing, implementing and monitoring the facility-wide quality assurance program and activities while ensuring compliance with all local, state and federal regulatory agencies. Oversees effective implementation of quality and performance improvement processes. Develops and oversees workplace education on privacy and security policies, procedures, and expectations in these areas. Ensures information confidentiality, integrity, and availability to meet regulatory requirements and accepted business practices. Responsible for making recommendations to minimize or eliminate risk exposure in a manner consistent with the philosophy and objectives of the facility, maintain, update and ensure practice of all hospital policies and procedures to provide a safe, secure, therapeutic and professional environment at all times. To lead by example and champion the philosophy of Service Excellence. This individual serves as a key member of hospital leadership team.
Arrowhead Behavioral Health is a 48-bed private, free-standing psychiatric hospital located in Maumee, OH. Arrowhead offers a private, confidential and non-institutional environment conducive to healing and recovery. Arrowhead provides a variety of specialized services for adults and older adults.

Inpatient Dual Diagnosis (Co-occurrence of mental illness with substance abuse)
Suboxone Induction and Maintenance (for Opiate Dependence)
