The Talent Management Consultant will consult on organizational development (OD) and change management initiatives across the business, primarily in support of Operations. The position will project manage Talent Management programs, such as New Employee Orientation, Leading The Satellite Way, and Employee Surveys. There will be some responsibility for learning design, development and delivery in a variety of modes.

Project management of Talent Management (TM) programs with oversight by the Talent Management Leader. Includes programs such as New Employee Orientation, Leading The Satellite Way, The Way I See It (monthly pulse survey), Annual Employee Survey, Master CCHT Promotions, Career Jungle Gym, Performance Management, Retention, and Succession Management.
Measures effectiveness of TM programs
Assists the Talent Management Leader in consultation to the Operations leaders around change management and OD initiatives (including organizational design/structure and work processes)
Partners with the Talent Management Leader on initiatives, such as performance management, leadership development, Satellite Learning, etc.
Responsible for driving the Satellite Healthcare culture through values and customer service standards
Focuses on change management and the communication that supports it
Accountable for outstanding customer service to all external and internal customers
Develops and maintains effective relationships through effective and timely communication
Takes initiative and action to respond, resolve and follow up regarding customer service issues with all customers in a timely manner
Some administrative work, such as spreadsheet work and logistics in support of training and TM projects, will be required
Minimum Education & Experience: Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as possession of any required licenses or certifications is qualifying.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Organizational Development or other related field
Experience: Two (2) years of experience in similar roles that include talent management and internal HR/OD consultation
