Agility Orthopedics, in Stoneham Massachusetts, is seeking an Executive Director to lead their practice of 7 full-time orthopedic surgeons, 2 part-time physicians, 4 physician assistants, and a 12-person team of rehabilitation professionals. Agility physicians serve two hospital systems and provide care in a facility that is just under 19,000 square feet. Our 60+ employees work hard to support our providers and their patients.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a Masters level education and experience managing in the orthopedic environment. Strong financial, marketing, and relationship skills are required for this position. The Executive Director will meet regularly with the shareholder physicians and work closely with the lead physician to communicate and further the needs of the practice.
