Our Licensed Clinical Supervisors (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) are responsible for conducting evaluations and assessments, creating and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), supervising direct staff, and providing individual and family therapy to children and families impacted by ASD.
Working both in-home and in-office. Travel is required.

A Master’s Degree from a four-year college or university
Current LCSW, LPC, or LMFT by relevant state board or agency
Strong knowledge and understanding of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) preferred
Experience with staff supervision preferred
Strong organizational skills
Ability to communicate effectively with families, employees, colleagues and outside professionals
Self-motivation and desire to work with families to set/achieve goals
