In collaboration with Division Chiefs of Neonatology, Hospitalists and Pediatric Critical Care, the Director of Clinical and Business Development will be responsible for planning, budgeting, operations and strategic growth of new programs.
Ensure compliance with organizational and departmental policies and procedures, and regulatory standards
Track, monitor, and evaluate budget for all line items for assigned areas
Ensure that performance evaluations, medical requirements and all other organizational circuit breakers for all staff are complete and on time
Establish, build and sustain professional contacts for the purpose of building networks of people with similar goals that support similar interests
Lead, coach, and mentor frontline managers and supervisors
Monitor staffing plans/schedules to optimize productivity and ensure quality services
Partner with the organization and stakeholders to identify and plan for the needs of the community
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or other health-related discipline
Masters of Health or Business Administration (MHA or MBA) preferred
At least 10 years of related experience, with 7 years of progressive supervisory/management experience
Assess and advocate for resources to promote and strengthen professional development.
