The Organizational Development & Training Analyst will be responsible for planning educational programs, ensuring alignment with strategic initiatives and core values. Directs, designs, and executes training and professional development programs for Cook County Health & Hospitals System (CCHHS). Assists in the management and administration of developmental initiatives to support and enhance the Organization's culture.
T ypical Duties
· Directs and executes a variety of training and professional development programs, facilitating workshops, handling logistics, and conducting sessions
· Produces quality training materials, including the development and production of new curriculum and program presentation materials (i.e. PowerPoint, props, equipment)
