The Incumbent shall be responsible for Business development and Marketing development and public/physician relations activities.Â The incumbent shall also be able to identifiy business opportunities, assessing potential markets and developing contract sales opportunities in the designated sales territory.Â Collaborates with Business/Marketing Development staff at Main Hospital and potential business partners in analyzing financial and market demographic data, preparing financial projections, and negotiating deals with prospective business partners.The inbumbent shall also demonstrate accountability for and contribution to program development, quality improvement, PI, problem solving and productivity enhancement.
Develops and manages the strategic sales & marketing plans and goals on a local and regional basis. Continually evaluates market strategies and plans to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
Directs analysis of business opportunities, including data analysis, proposals, projections, financial pro formas, contracts and related activities. Participates and works in conjuction with C-TEAM and Corporate Rehab Officers.
In conjunction with Marketing Services at Main Hospital, develops brochures and sales tools, including regional advertising campaigns, marketing pieces, and follow-up materials.
Meets and annual census goals and meets with physicians to promote inpatient rehab services, making phone calls and face to face contacts, as well as presentations
Working with C-Team, Area Directors of Operations and of support functions, collects and presents PI and QA data.
Participates in Survey Preparations and is readily available to answer questions.
Coordinates with customer administrators to ensure smooth transition of successfully negotiated agreements.
Maintains close relationships with customers after the sale to provide business development opportunities within the community and surrounding area.
