JOB SUMMARY: Responds to inquiry calls from nursing staff and mental health professionals regarding services. Provides information to clients regarding services available, both inside and outside the UHS System. Verifies client benefits with insurance companies.Â Assists the Emergency Services department with administrative tasks. This position interfaces closely with the medical staff, fellow department heads and administration, treatment team, external case managers, managed care organizations, and also functions as a liaison with other hospital departments.
