Kingwood Pines Hospital is a 116 bed facility located in the beautiful residential Kingwood community.Â We are located about 30 miles northeast of the Houston Medical Center.Â The hospital provides 24-hour emergency services.Â We serve children, adolescents, and adults for psychiatric and behavioral health.Â The hospital also has services in intensive outpatient and partial hospital program services.
Kingwood Pines Hospital is seeking a dynamic and talented Receptionist. The Driver is responsible for operating facility vehicles in a safe, efficient, and responsible manner while transporting patients to and from the facility for scheduled treatments and appointments.Â The Driver is also responsible for assisting with ensuring that the vehicle is properly maintained and ready for safe use by maintaining a high level of cleanliness and by conducting regular inspections and reporting any mechanical discrepancies and/or malfunctions.Â
Key Responsibilities Includes:
Greets clients, family members, medical staff, allied professional staff and visitors to the facility in a clear, friendly and professional manner.Routes telephone and in-person messages accurately, completely, and promptly.
Answers the telephone promptly in a clear, friendly and professional manner.Directs calls to the appropriate staff member.
Calls codes over the facility intercom clearly and correctly.
Provides identification badges to any non-staff person who leaves the lobby area.
Performs clerical support duties for various departments as assigned by the Administrative CEO Assistant.Those duties include â€" but are not limited to â€" typing, copying, data input, sorting, filing, collating, collateral materials, email lists, update phone lists monthly, Mail-Outs as directed, referral development reports as needed.
Receives incoming mail and coordinates pickup of outgoing courier mail.
Participates in training and development activities as assigned, which includes Customer Service Training.
Complies with facility safety, infection control and security procedures.
Performs other duties as required and typing as requested through Supervisor.
