POSITION SUMMARY:Â Assists with the planning, organizing and implementing of the Human Resources functions of the hospital.
Keeps Personnel files current with new policies, certifications, licenses, 30-day, 90-day and annual evaluations, change of status, department and wages form, job descriptions, and annual evaluations and competencies.
Conducts telephone reference calls on all prospective employees.
Maintains good rapport with employees.Acts as mediator between employees and management.
Assists with the administration of the employee performance evaluation process.
Performs miscellaneous Human Resources and clerical functions including mail, employment verifications, policy and procedure revisions, handbook revisions, safeguarding and shredding confidential information, etc.
