Job Summary:Â The Vendor Relations Coordinator provides support to the organization for the execution of Prominence Health Planâ€™s First-Tier, Downstream, and Related Entity (FDR) Oversight Program. The Vendor Relations Coordinator assists the Senior Program Manager with oversight of compliance and regulatory matters and is primarily responsible for maintaining the contracting lifecycle for the organizationâ€™s delegated services. The Vendor Relations Coordinator works closely with business leaders in the development and implementation of external vendor initiatives aligned with the planâ€™s business, compliance, and performance improvement strategies. The Vendor Relations Coordinator captures and analyzes data used to detect trends that may indicate systemic risks to the organization requiring further review, assessment, root cause analysis, or follow-up. The Vendor Relations Coordinator will support the Compliance Program to ensure compliance with Federal and State laws and regulations (Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, Nevada Division of Insurance, Texas Department of Insurance), contract provisions, accreditation standards, and internal policies and procedures. This position reports to the Senior Program Manager.
