The Corporate IS Department is seeking a dynamic and talented Associate Project Management Analyst.
As part of the Project Management Team, the Associate Project Management Analyst provides project coordination to the Behavioral Health Information Services Team. Works directly with project managers to assist on complex projects that support the organizationâ€™s ability to achieve strategic, financial and time-based goals. Provides support for medium and large projects by compiling checklists and preparing project plan documentation, composing meeting notes, facilitating web meetings, documenting, managing and tracking action items and tasks.
Key Responsibilities include:
Provides project support and assistance to the project manager (PM) for large projects and process improvements to ensure project objectives are met.
Becomes familiar with all goals of the projects supported to facilitate project completion.Â
Maintains project calendars, runs webinar meetings, manages additions to the agenda, provides recaps and tracks action items, tasks, issues and project status, assists PM in driving deadlines.
Maintains solid documentation of standard procedures and processes, evaluates and suggests improvements to processes and promotes continuous improvement of project plans and communication methods.
Communicates with project members to ensure they're aware of any new developments in a project's status, including: organizing meeting times and locations; updating project schedules; and ensuring that all necessary parties are aware of project deadlines.
Manages small projects independently: tracks action items, issues and status; and drive deadlines.
Provides meeting and project plan support and guidance to other team members, as required.
