Nursing Executive Assistant provides highly responsible administrative support and clerical services to the Chief Nursing Officer and the Nursing Department.Â Must demonstrate knowledge and proper skills such as, assisting with chart audits, compiling data for reports, auditing occurrence reports for accuracy, ensuring optimal and efficient communication flow throughout department, coordinating/following up on all resident appointments for their medical, dental and vision, assisting with tracking of medication affidavits and court orders, coordinating multiple projects, and reports to ensure organized and efficient operations of the Nursing Department.Â Organize, prioritize, and appropriately handles documents and sensitive confidential information and ensure action/attention required is addressed in a timely manner.Â
