The Pharmacy Manager will manage day to day operations of the Pharmacy Department including distributive and clinical operations, regulatory compliance, business literacy, committee involvement, and management of department personnel. The position functions as the pharmacist-in-charge (PIC) as defined by the Louisiana Board of Pharmacy. The position serves as as the primary liaison between the Medical Staff and the Pharmacy. The Pharmacy Manager also provides oversight for ULM College of Pharmacy students participating in experiential rotations.
Minimum of BS in Pharmacy from a college of Pharmacy, PharmD preferred
5 years hospital pharmacy experience, with two years of supervisory experience preferred
Licensure by Louisiana Board of Pharmacy in good standing
