Rolling Hills has an opportunity for an IT Coordinator to join our team.Â Â At Rolling Hills Hospital, we offer behavioral health services for Adolescents, Adults, Adults with dual diagnoses, and Older Adult/Geriatrics.Â We integrate the principles of Service Excellence into our workplace and patient care culture.
The IT Coordinator functions as the liaison between RHH and UHS Corporate IT and provides IT services for all RHH employees and equipment.Â The IT Coordinator provides PC network support for the user community including staff and physicians; functions as the helpdesk for the facility; maintains software/hardware inventories; documents all PC systems and software; performs routine maintenance of PC equipment and tablets; provides first level support for phone systems.Â The IT Coordinator must be able to maintain confidentiality, work independently, pro-actively, and productively with little supervision. The IT Coordinator must demonstrate ability to multi-task, exceptional organizational skills, must be able to manage external IT vendors and solve IT issues for all users in facility.Â
