Represents Philanthropy in a positive manner consistent with Hospital's mission and vision at local, regional, state, and national events and activities. Develops and maintains appropriate relationships on a national, regional and local basis with donors, community leaders, national Children's Miracle Network Hospitals staff and business managers to optimize fundraising efforts. Uses marketing and motivational strategies to gain public and private support for Philanthropy. Develops special fundraising projects and identifies, recruits, manages, and coordinates appropriate groups to carry out events. Actively seeks individual and corporate sponsors and donors for Philanthropy, either through their financial or marketing support, or through volunteerism. Attends monthly Foundation Board of Directors meetings
College degree in associated field (marketing, communications, community relations)
Effective personnel management and motivational skills
Five years minimum in fund-raising activities and/or marketing/community relations
