Providesadministrative support for Directors to include: scheduling, tracking, and reporting information. Provide clerical support to include typing and answering calls. Receive and respond to routine correspondence. Compile basic information for inclusion in reports.
Two (2) years of college or equivalent related experience required, additional experience or education recommended.
Strong computer skills -- Excel, Outlook and other Microsoft software, scheduling software.
Problem solving skills.
Patience and strong professional customer service skills.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Knowledge of medical terminology.
Two (2) years secretarial experience in a nursing unit required.
