QUALIFICATIONS: High School graduate or equivalent. Strong computer, communication, and writing skills Detail oriented and organized; good decision maker; analytical thinker. Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology, and ICD10 coding required. Previous experience or education in Healthcare field, preferred. Medical record audit skills preferred. Must demonstrate commitment and adherence to STHS's Compliance Program and Code of Conduct through compliance with all policies and procedures, the Code of Conduct, attendance at required training and immediately reporting suspected compliance issue(s) to the Compliance Officer.
