The HR Coordinator supports the core of the Corporate HR functions at UHS. This highly visible, interactive position supports the HR Operations team at the Corporate Headquarters and interacts with the HR teams at our 300+ hospitals. This position provides reporting, completes data analysis, prepares presentations, coordinates/supports meetings and orientation for newly hired Human Resources Directors, and provides other administrative and project support for the department, including support for the Employee Engagement survey for all $80,000+ employees.

Essential Job Duties
Utilizing strong computer knowledge consolidates data and develops reports ensuring accuracy and integrity of the data
Coordinates and maintains records related to corporate employee timesheets, vacation and sick plans, and holidays in the company intranet
Manages administrative functions related to HRD Orientation (e.g., drafting agendas, scheduling participants, travel arrangements, lunch/dinner planning, etc.)
Manage HR Intranet site including developing calendar and posting information
Assist in coordinating special projects, including but not limited to, the annual employee engagement survey, Company events, etc.
