Performs daily cleaning and supplying of offices and patient and public areas including cleaning walls, lights, windows, vents, floors, carpets, fixtures, sinks, exam tables and counters.
1. Knowledge, skills and abilities:
Knowledge of housekeeping functions and standards, including safety and sanitation. Knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, tools and equipment. Knowledge of common safety hazards to identify potential safety problems. Skill in operating housekeeping equipment. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff and patients.
2. Education: High school diploma or G.E.D.
3. Experience: One year of housekeeping experience.
