Accounts Manager promotes professional and public relations and acts as liaison between the facility and the community. This position works closely with contracting agencies/individuals. In collaboration with the Business Development Director, the Accounts Manager develops and maintains departmental philosophy, goals and objectives, which are congruent with the mission and objectives of the hospital. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Developing a positive public image of Brynn Marr Hospital, conducting market research and analyzing data as basis for marketing plans.
Acting as a liaison between Brynn Marr Hospital and referral sources so that referral source needs are met.This may include, but is not limited to, provision of tours and presentations of and about the facility, providing information regarding admission criteria and procedures, and programs and services offered.
Developing and educating referral base to attract those in need of hospital services.
This position will be based out of the Charlotte / Western NC area.
