The Nurse Recruiter provides operational and consultative human resources services pertaining to recruitment and retention for nursing and related patient care services departments. The Nurse Recruiter supports hiring managers and candidates through the recruitment, selection and on-boarding process. The Nurse Recruiter advances Monmouth Medical Center's brand across numerous markets by establishing and maintaining strong working relationships, and acts as a role model and consultant to employees.

NJ RN licensure preferred. Bachelor's Degree required or undergraduate concentration in Human Resources, Business of behavioral sciences program. Master's Degree preferred. Three to five years progressively responsible experience in Human Resources required. HR certification preferred.
