The Manager, Physician Compensation leads a team responsible for the administration and analysis of physician compensation. Through the support of MCMF’s independent, employed, and contracted provider arrangements the Compensation team successfully multi-tasks and adapts to the industry’s evolving focus on value-based compensation. The Manager, Physician Compensation interacts directly with physicians and regularly presents complex modeling and financial analysis to leadership. This manager creates and upholds a culture of accountability and promotes employee engagement and professional development. This manager must also be able to make sound, informed decisions, think strategically and is expected to apply Lean concepts to develop process improvements to ensure the long-term success of the organization.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Healthcare or Finance
