The Corporate IS Department is seeking a dynamic and talented Associate Data Architect
As part of a team, the Associate Data Architect supports and implements integration across Cerner and non-Cerner applications and interfaces providing system, process and problem resolution expertise. Assists in writing reports to outline Key Performance Indicators for IT and Operational Leadership. Participates in planning, oversight and integration validation of revenue cycle ancillary application analysis, build and testing processes with other clinical and non-clinical applications across the organization. Meets deadlines and ensures continued progress toward assignment completion. Interfaces with the user community regarding application design and support. Shares experience and expertise with other members of team. Promotes good software design and development practices with a special focus on overall quality and performance.
Key Responsibilities include:
Researches and resolves Customer Support Center Tickets.
Demonstrates understanding of workflows
Demonstrates analytical problem solving
Assists in performing routine system maintenance and builds.
Assists in writing reports for Key Performance Indicators.
Establishes and maintains regular communications with application team and user community.
Adheres to UHS Service Level and Change Management Policies
Regularly meets with users, vendors, and IS staff to develop/modify system specifications.
Supports the implementations of applications and prepares the appropriate documentation.
Performs system testing and documentation for all phases of the application development life cycle.
Adheres to appropriate UHS Project Management standards.
Ensures strict adherence to work plans, reporting all serious deviations to management.
Assists with the training of users in operating procedures for application.
