Acts as the lead assigned to compile and provide weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports on system service lines, physician leakage, splitter activities, along with market and competitor trends. Analyzes market trends through competitor analysis, volume forecasts and service line analysis. Conducts physician loyalty analysis to uncover key areas of opportunity in the STHS Market. Utilizes various planning tools to provide market assessments in support of ambulatory site selections and program planning. Builds templates and PPT decks for service line planning purposes to support STHS Business Development Goals. Utilizes analytics tools to provide reports including: Syus, Salesforce, Advisory Board, Truven Health Analytics, Intellimed, Cerner, and Medicare data. Gathers and analyzes financial data, obtains demographic data, and compiles reports/presentations for Ambulatory and Emergency services. Analyzes and compiles data from STHS financial, patient and payor data to review system patient throughput and utilization. Work on special projects for system with analytics. Approximately 65% of the role will encompass the data mining and analytics. Approximately 35% of the role will encompass administrative tasks for Business Development and the System Director of Business Development. Provides administrative support for Business Development which includes scheduling and calendar management on behalf of the System Dir of Business Development. Tracking and report information for the Business Development Team. Management of Business Development SharePoint Site and Calendar. May schedule and prepare agenda for meetings and keep the minutes for meetings. Will handle material of a confidential nature. Local travel between STHS locations necessary.
