The position oversees multiple areas including: Risk Management, Quality Improvement, and Corporate Compliance and provides leadership and expertise to ensure the delivery of safe, high quality patient care services.
Oversees and implements a Comprehensive Risk Management Program in concert with the TERM tenets, and delineates risk management scope, authority, responsibilities, and policies.
Establish staffing and resource needs to operationalize the Risk Management Division.
Oversees a corporate wide quality improvement program inclusive of all staff, including a written quality improvement plan and annual evaluation of the plan's effectiveness.
Oversees a corporate compliance program, develops and maintains a written corporate compliance plan and annual evaluation of the plan's effectiveness; ensures that all required elements of a compliance program are addressed.
Leads the development of an Enterprise risk strategy; acts as resident expert for all enterprise partners.
