Clinical Liaison acts as an impatient rehabilitation expert between internal and external referral sources and the inpatient rehabilitation program. The Clinical Liaison will ensure appropriate patient admissions to the inpatient rehab unit through clinical assessments and screenings in collaboration with the rehab physicians and Medical Director. The Clinical Liaison is the primary responsibly party focused on moving appropriate candidates into the inpatient unit at the appropriate time.The clinical liaison works closely with hospital case management to ensure a responsive and smooth flowingreferral and admission process for the inpatient rehab program.
