The Billing Support/Training Manager is responsible for leading and managing a CBO Support Team that focuses on initiatives and projects that will enhance communication, provide training/education programs and fill routine and ad-hoc report requests to support the delivery of optimal business results for IPM. Meets regularly with direct reports to review process enhancements, implementation of new procedure/policy, report requests, training and education recommendations as well as discuss status on initiatives and projects to ensure department goals/objectives are being met. Demonstrates excellent project management skills from project "kick-off" to "closeout" including effective time management, delegation of tasks, decision making, problem-solving, regularly scheduled meetings with solid supporting documentation and meeting deadlines. Cultivates positive and productive business relations with CBO Leadership, Market Managers, Practice Administrators/Manager, and Corporate leaders providing frequent communication to project stakeholders and leveraging IPM resources to contract the knowledge and experience needed to ensure a successful project. The Billing Support/Training Manager coaches counsels and mentors the team to provide superior support that will drive optimal performance and results across IPM.
