The Atlantic Region CBO is seeking a dynamic and talented Assistant Director The Assistant Director is responsible for the management of the Revenue Cycle functions for the hospitals that the Centralized Business Office (CBO) supports. Working with their management team they are responsible for maximizing cash collection efforts, reducing bad debt, and improving net revenue to ensure that hospital goals are met. They are responsible for monitoring the Accounts Receivable (AR), managing issues which affect hospital operations, reviewing key indicators and providing operational analysis in order to implement efficiencies and improvement in the areas in which they manage. They will interact with various departments that impact the result of the Patient Financial Services including HIM, Case Management, I/S, Finance and hospital patient care areas as well as provide information, training or education as required. Provides hospital administration with various monthly revenue reports. Supervises manager and staff workflow and advises in personnel decisions. Key Responsibilities include:
