The Corporate Public Relations and Corporate Communications Department is seeking a dynamic and talented Senior Public Relations Research Analyst.
Supports Public Relations and Corporate Communications messaging, responses and initiatives through researching, aggregating, analyzing, reporting, and subsequent use of company data, industry practice data, and performance metrics.
Spearhead a robust in-house data analytics function for proactive and reactive use. Researches and organizes broad industry metrics, statistics, articles and trends specific to patient need, care, outcomes, satisfaction and charity care as well as facility quality metrics, episodes and surveys. Develops key message points for media relations that are grounded in research and supported by data.
Provides ongoing rapid response issues management support including messaging strategy, content development, writing, editing, and project coordination.
Provides topic research, messaging creation/maintenance and collateral development for current and prospective integration business partners and other identified stakeholder audiences.
Supports proactive national media relations, investor relations, award submissions/ recognitions, hospital grades, and industry events/thought leadership strategy including milestone events, etc.
Supports creation of data-informed narratives through corporate storytelling.
Key Responsibilities include:
Researches, compiles and interprets data; maintains file sources; drafts and edits materials, serves as a key contact for internal and external leadership.
Works closely with corporate and facility leadership, legal team; clinical services team, communications team; public affairs/policy team, and other internal stakeholders to aggregate information, provide summaries, and develop position/response documents as needed.
Researches and drafts articles, bylines, op-eds, blog-posts, talking points and speeches.
Tracks industry metrics; maintains online repositories of articles, reports, statistics, and survey data.
Contributes to development and ongoing nurturing of company thought leadership efforts through creation of data-informed positioning.
Supports creation of earned media vehicles to create brand differentiation.
Identifies and orchestrates implementation of best practices across network.
