Responsible for the design, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of the organization's compensation and benefits programs, including base pay, incentive pay, executive pay, health and welfare benefits, and retirement benefits. Works with senior management to ensure that compensation and benefits programs support the organization's business objectives and meet all legal requirements. Ensures programs are current and competitive with regards to trends, practices and costs. Negotiates coverage, services, and costs with benefit carriers and brokers. Assures compliance with all legal requirements of various employee benefit programs and prepares and files required legal reports. Oversee the Human Resources Information System, ensuring data integrity, while leveraging technology to optimize internal processes and programs for Human Resources. Position reports to the Administrative Director of Human Resources.
5-7 years of relevant work experience. Compensation and benefits administration background with prior experience.
