The Corporate IS Department is seeking a dynamic and talented Associate Application Analyst - Laboratory.
The Associate Application Analyst - Laboratory will support the implementation of UHS clinical and business applications at our Acute Care hospitals. Examines the clinical and business workflows and assists in conversion activities related to changing to the new application modules from Cerner. Provides end user support, application troubleshooting and application / technical configuration. Post-conversion, assists in the resolution of system issues (break/fix, maintenance or enhancement) as requested by the facility or assigned by the UHS Customer Support Center. Implements changes to existing applications as directed by management. Meets deadlines and ensures continued progress toward assignment completion. Shares experience with other members of team.
