Nemours is seeking a highly motivated, team oriented, and fully engaged Senior Contracts Administrator (SCA) to join our Legal Department in Wilmington, Delaware. The qualified candidate we are seeking is an experienced, self-starter who can work independently in a growing and dynamic environment. The successful candidate must be able to prioritize work activities in a fast-paced environment, remain flexible, and effectively communicate and collaborate with all levels of Nemours Associates across our enterprise. The SCA will be responsible for the proactive management, oversight and tracking of moderate to high risk contracts and assigned projects/programs on behalf of The Nemours Foundation. Prior to attorney review, the SCA will conduct the necessary due diligence and serve as a point of contact to Nemours internal Associates, outside counsel, and external vendors for all assigned projects, programs, and requests. This role involves independent judgement, business acumen, data analysis, financial and risk identification as well as proactive issue identification and resolution. This role will hold in highest regard the protection of Nemours’ legal, regulatory and financial interests. The SCA must ensure that all requests for contracts and proposed business transactions are based on sound business and regulatory practices and policies and procedures of Nemours. QUALIFICATIONS:
