Arrowhead Behavioral Health is seeking a per diem night shift House Supervisor to add to it's Nursing Department.
The House Supervisor is responsible for the delivery of quality nursing care for all the inpatient units and Assessment. The House Supervisor has the authority to adjust staffing as necessary for the day, night and weekend shifts. The House Supervisor will oversee all facility activities including, but not limited to admissions, discharges, crisis intervention, seclusion/restraint, involuntary admission process, relieving for rest or meal breaks. Establish, engage in and assist with the development of clinical knowledge and skills of the Nursing Staff. Participates in the orientation of new hires. The House Supervisor provides oversight during their assigned shift for all hospital operations. The House Supervisor is responsible for all Intake assessments during the hours when Assessment is not present. The House Supervisor will "rove" between all departments for the duration of their shift. The House Supervisor manages, organizes and provides direct patient care, incorporating clinical decision-making and prioritization of activities by floating to the area of greatest patient need.
